About Edin
Edin started from a simple observation: restaurants in Romania work hard, but decide without numbers. We give them the tools to see their cost, control their operation and grow, in the real market, with its real rules.
Why we exist
Restaurants run on dozens of systems that do not talk to each other: recipes in the chef’s memory, stock in notebooks, sales in the POS, invoices somewhere else. Work is duplicated, decisions are delayed, and margin is lost without anyone noticing.
In an industry where the average margin is below 1%, fragmentation is no longer an inconvenience. It is a question of survival. And the existing solutions are either too expensive or built for other markets, without e-Factura or local compliance.
Edin brings everything onto one system, built for Romania, and delivers it with people who understand the operation, not just a login.

Who we are
