What data we collect

We only collect what you send us through the forms on the site: your name, email address, phone number, city or region (where the form asks for it) and your answers to the questions in the form. Along with them we record the page language and the page you sent the form from.

The site does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visits.

Why we use it

We use the data to reply to your request: to contact you, understand your operation and prepare a conversation or an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, meaning steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

We do not send newsletters based on this data and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else has access to it

Requests reach us by email, through an email delivery provider (Resend). The site runs on a hosting provider. Both process the data only on our behalf and only for this purpose.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as our conversation with you lasts. If you do not become a client, we delete it at the latest 2 years after our last contact. If you become a client, the data falls under the contract we sign with you.

Your rights

You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be erased or restricted, to object to its processing and to receive it in a format you can use elsewhere.

For any of these requests you can write to us by post, at the registered office above. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
